Welcome to our service rental furnished apartment as a “Home Away From Home”, A memorable stay. We wish you and pray for your return home after successful medical treatment at Chennai. Inmate are requested to read the signs, strictly follow the rules, regulations and to cooperate. We have equipped the apartments with the best possible self-service for a comfortable stay.
For Food and Beverages: As a courtesy, on the check-in day, bread, jam, honey, egg, milk, salt, sugar, mineral water, tea, butter and few fruits are provided for your initial use. Best natural treated water is available for drinking and cooking. For preparing food, groceries, vegetables, fruits, perishables, ingredients are not provided, you may like to buy them at the mini store near the pool. Vegetables are available on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 9 AM to noon at the pathway on the ground floor. For self-cooking your basic food, we have provided: Induction stove, Induction stove compatible pressure cooker, 4 nos non stick utensils and ladles. Small containers to stock your ingredients for cooking. For self-servicing necessary cutlery, crockery, provided in the cupboard next to Dining table. Electric Water Kettle and Toaster / heating ovens are on the cupboard, to the top, next to dining table. A refrigerator is in the pantry.
Facilities Available: Two single cots with mattress, bedspreads, pillows, pullovers in the bedrooms. Wardrobes with hangers, dressing, safe locker, sufficient storage in each Bedroom. TV with DTH/HD multi-channels / languages, intercom, WiFi broadband connectivity. Split Air conditioners with remotes in each bedroom for individual comfort. Washing machine for laundry self-service. Utility furniture for more moving space. Basic housekeeping materials shall be provided for your initial use.
An access card is the must for entry-exit to the service rental furnished apartment.If required, An exclusively covered car park is available.Strict Restrictions and Regulations to be followed: Embassy Residency, Owners Association, other Apartment Association Rules and Regulations should be accepted and agreed. The above Rules are to be strictly followed to ensure safety, security, other residents’ privacy, local habits, culture and decorum of the society to be ensured.
